The cabin interacting TV did not work, and I was told it could not be fixed. My steamer for my breathing treatments were not allow in my cabin, but I needed for medical reason, which I was was allowed before, something about the plug did not meet ship standards...

The Windjammer food was the worst I have had on all my RC cruises. The staff was great and the ship was beautiful decorated for Christmas. The ports were great stops I just wish we were in port longer in Honduras and Belize. Th cave tubing was a lot of fun but not enough information was given in what to bring or not to bring with you. Boarding was great, departing day you could not heard the numbers beings called to depart the ship.

Come on Royal Caribbean details is important to your passengers and when something is broken that is important to the passengers make an effort to make the passenger happy.
