Very poor food and menu. Better in Britannia class! Head Waiter and Maitre "D" completely uninterested in passengers. This was evident throughout most of the ship although one or two staff were excellent. Suite had "tired" furniture and bathroom was a disgrace with no dedicated shower. Two tours were disgracefully managed and small refund from one should have really been a complete refund. Visit to Ponta Delgado was cancelled due to "bad weather" although the Balmoral docked happily the next day. A gesture from the Captain would have been appreciated, say even a glass of wine with dinner. No interest from staff and no "au revoir" as we left. If you must go Cunard then do not waste money on Grills. Go Brittania or choose another company. We cruise four or five times a year and so know a little about cruising. So many other passengers were complaining, even on the taxi rank after disembarking, I was approaached by a man who was in Queens Grill Penthouse suite and his comments are unprintable.
