Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: AquaClass 2

Although we had been to several of these ports in the past, we had never sailed the Eclipse. We were in an Aqua class balcony. The service was efficient and friendly, the room steward and the wait staff and the bar service were spot on. The captain was very visible and friendly. We ate in BLU and the quality and the variety of the food made it very special for our Christmas 2016 cruise. The maître D' and Welcome Receptionist were especially friendly and efficient. Serval was our Wine Steward and he did an excellent job as well.

The production show called "The Chandelier" was very well staged. We loved to watch the singers and dancers in the production shows. Their stage movements were very precise.

We enjoyed the addition of the enrichment classes and did our best to attend them all. I'm so glad that these have been added and would love to have even more. Sometimes, when you have been to the Caribbean as many times as we have, it gets repetitive. The lectures and updates were very much appreciated.

AquaClass 2

beds were hard, but Reymar brought enough padding to soften the bed. Room was kept spotless and we were always called by name.
