I have to say i truly loved the jade. I sailed on the ncl jade december 11th thru the 18th, with ports of calls of cozumel, costa maya, roatan and harvest cay the new ncl island pot of call.

Embarkation was a breeze, one of the easiest. that is where I first encountered Charlyn Padilla GSAM and Gringo Necessito GSC, they are one of the most pleasant employees that i have had the pleasure with sailing with them on past ncl ships. They made embarkation a snap and if i had issues on the cruise they were extremely helpful and was always smiling and called me by name through out the cruise.

I was in cabin 9520, balcony cabin forward. The cabin was roomy and nice, my cabin steward genevieve, kept my room clean always and was always bubbly and ready for any needs that arose. Read more
