Norwegian Epic – Sail Dates December 10 - 17, 2016 from Port Canaveral
My partner and I (Balcony State Room #10148), my friend and her family of four (Balcony State Room # 14074) had the displeasure of wasting an entire week of our hard earned vacation time and money on this horrible cruise. We booked this cruise in February of 2016 and for months we looked forward to the December cruise on the Norwegian Epic. The experience we had on the ship was an epic fail and epic disappointment. Daily disrespect, insults and mocking we endured on your horrible ship from the bartending crew, dining room wait staff, guest services, reservations and our state room steward.

Mid-Ship Balcony
The wave design of the rooms is not a good use of space. The toilet is right at the front door and anytime anyone goes #2 you can immediately smell it walking up the hallways. The bed is right at the front door as well behind the toilet. So anytime you go to the bathroom and slide the loud door closed you risk waking up your room. It would make more sense to have the bed near the balcony doors. The balcony rooms are decorated nice witht he fake wood grain and large flat screen TV but the sink is outside the bathroom and its the size of a birdbath. You cannot even roll your luggage past the bed you have to lift it up and carry it over if you have an oversized suitcase. Two people can not comfortable walk past each other either. the space is just poorly designed and the wave design actually reduces the space in the room. Some balcony rooms only have a half closet and some drawers because they are adjoining rooms so you really have nowhere to put your suitcase except under the beds.
