Main Dinning Food was super good, ship was really noisy (weird Sounds all and every night 6th floor room 6273/75) The crew seemed very friendly. Room steward was just so so, We had to ask for ice every day after requesting it upon initial meeting with we gave him an extra tip up front to keep ice in the room.. Dining staff was amazing, the Bar staff was great too when they had enough staff on hand. Comedian was pretty good, the other entertainers were just ok. We took the beginner scuba diving excursion and had a ball. Boarding and exiting the ship was super fast and went semi smoothly, there were 4 adults no kids with adjoining rooms. They did get the room right and they opened up our balconies together. There was some issues with the room about not having a surge protector available for multiple oxygen generators and their specific battery chargers. These were supposed to be there waiting for us due to previous phone calls with the cruise line. This was a Costco sponsored trip so the basic drink package was included, we tried to get a shot of fireball whiskey, and was told that we would need to upgrade our drink package for that drink. It was only $10 more a day per person, so we just paid it. Come to find out they don't normally stock the fireball and it was very limited with only 3 of the bars on ship having it available. According to most of the bar staff, the fireball was left over from the previous cruise that had ordered it special for a group. Needless to say we still had trouble finding a drink of fireball throughout the cruise

Cabin Review

Cabin unknown

Smaller rooms, noisy. We asked for a softer mattress and our room steward put on a foam pad with fingers which helped out with a rock hard mattress

Port Reviews

San Juan

We just walked around a little bit, we have 1 wheel chair person with the group, and a lot of the roads and side walks were not in good shape and or cobblestone. Just too hard to push someone around there
