We booked this cruise with our friends (6 of us) because they were offering the free drink package for the first two guests in the cabin. It left out of Tampa which the town was beautiful but the cruise terminal was terrible! The check in process was very stressful and agents were screaming at you for paperwork before you even got to the front of the check in place and it smelled like a fart and they rushed you through like cattle.

The entire cruise ship smelled like a fart the entire time, but mainly the hallways. The food in the buffet gave all of us the worst gas we have ever had and I'm still detoxing three days later. The food was nasty the French fries were worse than McDonald's. The blonde director lady who does dances, parties, etc was stressed and made you feel like you were stressing her out. I hated how they made their bartenders wear shirts that said what party was happening that night like example the "white hot party" it made you feel like they had to promote an event because it was going to be lame if they didn't. They made bartenders and all workers work even though they felt very sick and the bartenders would tell us they didn't feel good. You felt bad for them and you were worried about getting sick. We actually did get sick with a cold while on this cruise ship and we heard a lot of others coughing a lot too.

Mid-Ship Inside
After arriving onto the ship we waited for our room to be available til 1pm which was an inside cabin room 5069 (a regular squished inside room). Our friends had 5073 (a huge inside room) and 5074 (an ocean view). We in 5069 would hear OBNOXIOUS NOISES ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! We have video proof of the weird screwing/water running noise that would sometimes start as early as 5am, and the crew worked right behind the room and u would hear them making noises the entire night banging on walls etc. The ship swayed so much even with little waves we were sea sick multiple times and it wasn't even storming. Our friends in 5074 said they would hear a weird screwing/water running noise randomly too. We will NEVER go on this ship again and it will be very unlikely we will go on a Norwegian again. Also the rooms would smell like poop like it was coming up the toilet over-night you would wake up in the morning and the bathroom would stink.
