Horrible experience all around. They were welding and painting the boat while we were on it, it smelled horrible. The food was mediocre at best. The waiter told us that the food is the same in both restaurants but they just charge more in the upgraded restaurant which we got suckered into the night before. There are servers dedicated to food and some to drinks, you can't just get service from one waiter and you have to track down the right people to get you something. Overall service was terrible. We paid for an excursion that was canceled and they said they would refund us but what they don't tell you is that they still charge you a fee if you get off the boat. The manager at the customer service desk was extremely rude. Worst of all, we upgraded to a balcony suite but what they don't tell you is that the life boats COMPLETELY obstruct the view from the balcony. I felt like I was being sold something every time I left the cabin. They would come up to you and try to sell you everything from bottles of water to hats and sunglasses to sunscreen. This trip was a complete waste of time and money! Stay away
