Great job Norwegian! We had booked a balcony room but upgraded to a suite a week before leaving. With this we got escorted to our suite, a concierge (Leah), who handled everything with just a phone call, a Butler (Joseph), who brought us treats and fresh fruit everyday. We've cruised several times, but never on Norwegian, and found this ship easy to walk around. The "free-style" dining is great. If you want to eat in the dining room, just phone in your reservation. The dining room is not our thing, but the few times we did, it was great. The O'Sheehan's Bar and Grill is awesome. With food and service like that, you don't need the dining room. The entertainment was the same as other ships, enjoyable. We found the service to be beyond our expectations. Crew members and workers were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled with family members in their early 20's and other friends in their 40's, and we all agree, we'd definitely go again.

Awesome way to cruise. A large balcony to relax on or continue your own party.
