We explored our departure city before our cruise and found it to be just right , we wanted to arrive a day before our cruise and this hotel had a shuttle to take us to the ship. On our return trip, we again spent the nite at the hotel and again shuttled to the airport for our flight out.

Our ship was the Island Princess, beautiful, getting aboard was slow, but in away, quick. We were shown to our cabin on D deck in the forward area of the ship, which was great. We had a balcony cabin which made it great. Dining was for 5:30 p.m. and again, nice for us.

We had a table for two and our server was great, she was very courteous and helpful to our needs. Wonderful girl and her assistant, this woman made our dining especial. Wonderful service.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BE

Cabin was great, I enjoyed the balcony and sitting outside enjoying the warm sun while cruising on the open waters. Cabin was a bit small, but it was great for us. Our next cruise will be a mini-suite.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We were only in Ft Lauderdale to spend the night before our cruise and after when we return to rest up for flight home

Aruba

Nice little port, we did do some walking, but did not take an excursion while there.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

We had some friends meet us when we got off the ship and they gave the best excursion anyone could ask for--they took us through out the Island showing us attractions and landmarks--the day was too short for the time we spent on the Island. This was an experience that we will never forget. We hope to again someday return to the Cayman Islands
