Took us two hours to check in. True, the New York port is old and you have a big ship. But you can send some people to give us water/snack instead of having us look at people checking into the havens lounge like we are second class citizens. I just don't feel appreciated as a paying customer.

Ship is not that well designed. Just 6 jacuzzis for the commoners. And I don't think the jacuzzi water is that hot. The only adult pool is not heated. The smoking area is right underneath the running track. The casino occupies the mid ship of deck 7 and children have to pass through them to go from one side of the ship to the next.

There are many more bars than restaurants. I get it, you want to sell drinks, but maybe that is leaning too much towards promoting an unhealthy lifestyle.
