Chose this cruise because we were invited by our friends who are Premier members. We enjoyed the trip because of them. We played a lot of games, watched movies at night under the stars and watched the shows at night. The food was mediocre. Lots of food; more quantity than quality except for the lobster and shrimps which were always cooked to perfection. Most of the other dishes lacked flavor. The cruise ship was very nice and service was usually great. Now for the not so good part; our friends don't drink alcohol so they gave us their invitation for the wine tasting. They were not allowed to give us their invitation even after they explained that they(our friends) wanted us to enjoy since they didn't drink. It would not have cost Princess any more and it would have made 4 people happy and 2 new potential passengers for the future. The 2 new passengers will never take another Princess cruise after this incident. That was all in poor taste.

The excursions were very expensive for what you get. We ended up arranging our own when we got to the ports which ended up better than the ones made thru the cruise line(after comparing notes with the other passengers). They took a lot of pictures of everyone and sold them for $20 each or all the pictures you want for only $199!!! The only free drinks were lemonade and water, everything else you had to pay for. The coffee was terrible. I started drinking tea (even if I don't like tea). The prepaid tip is $12.95per day per person. We tipped extra because who knows where the $12.95 goes?

Cabin B2

Cabin was nice with lots of closed space. The shower could have been a bit larger. It was hard to move without the shower curtain sticking to your behind!
