We choose this cruise because of the fantastic deal we got about 18 months beforehand.
We were getting ready to head out on the Freedom of the Seas and then a deal showed up that we just couldn't pass up. My wife and I had been on two Celebrity ships prior and we wanted to get back on one.
The trip was finally upon us, we headed down to Ft. Lauderdale the day before we were to set sail. We stayed at the Ramada Cruise Port location. I tell you what it is a nice hotel. Everything you need right there and they will take you to the port in the morning.

It was great. The veranda was great. We spent a lot of time out there watching the world go by.
There was plenty of storage. The bathroom was spacious. Our attendant was great.

I did find it odd that the ship remained crowded while in port.
