First of all, the progressive embarkation was the best we have ever experienced and we have been on many cruises over the years. There were no long lines. Everything went very smoothly and our luggage was delivered to our cabin almost at the same time we arrived.

The ship, Caribbean Princess, is an older ship, but has been well maintained for the most part. We saw some rust on parts of the exterior and it is in need of a facelift. In fact, I believe she is scheduled for some refurbishment during the first half of 2017 if I remember correctly.

Our cabin is a familiar one to us, the regular balcony room. The room is adequate for storage of clothing and personal belongings, the balcony was a very good size. Our only complaint is that the televisions are older and small and stuck in the corner. The t.v.'s need an update, similar to the flat screen t.v.'s on the Regal Princess.

Cabins need newer televisions and they need to be hung on the wall in front of the bed, not over in the corner of the room.
