We chose this cruise as living in B.C we didn't have along journey to get to the dock..The thing that surprised us most was being able to learn to play the ukulele ,he was a great instructor and him and his wife gave great performances at night in the lounge. We have cruised many times to Hawaii,it being our favorite but this beat them all.

Our captain Ronald Wilson was the best I think, very friendly and knew how to treat his guests.Hopefully he is still with Princess,we haven't seen him on any other of princess cruise ships,so maybe he has retired. This ship is the perfect size for cruising,we found your last 2 ships to be built were too big for us old folk, the Grand sure catered to us and so many more guests that we spoke to.

Entertainment was first class. Ben Seiman was a great act.
