We did the 12 day round trip from Bergen to Kirkenes and then back to Bergen. The joy of this trip was that it was a working boat so stopped regularly and the scenery for the whole trip was amazing.

The operation is very slick. There was a problem and we had a delayed departure but we were kept informed and as we had to spend the second day at sea to catch up with the timetable (which runs like clockwork) we were all offered( without asking) 2 days worth of money back which arrived shortly after our return home. We could not fault the customer care and service.

We opted for a mini suite which meant many things were included so this in effect saved some of the problems with having to pay for everything as extra which irritates some people. The room was spacious and located on the promenade deck so handy for rushing out with the camera when something interesting appeared. Read more
