We ate mostly in the specialty restaurants. Our favorite was the Solarium Bistro -- we ate there twice. Great service and food. We did not like "CATS" at all. Like many other folks, we left at intermission. The ice show was AWESOME -- saw it twice. Be sure to book shows by reserving before getting on the ship. Comedian used "GD" a few times as well as the "F" word -- neither of which is necessary nor acceptable to us.

We liked our balcony cabin overlooking Central Park, although the closet was inconveniently next to one side of the bed. We previously enjoyed the Allure, but we have since moved to a rural retirement community (both are young 66-year-olds). We have therefore decided that the big ships with 6000 passengers are NOT for us! There was also a surprising number of children on board.

We will be on Norwegian Escape ("The Marriage Cruise") in January and Celebrity's Equinox in March. We have also booked a fall foliage 2017 cruise on a smaller Royal Caribbean. We've decided longer cruises may attract a different crowd , so we may take only longer cruises in the future.

Central Park View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin C2

Nice, but closet is right next to one side of bed, so only one person can be there at a time. When we packed up, we had to take turns doing so.

Port Reviews

Labadee

No excursion. Lots of people. May stay on the boat next time.

Cozumel

Jaguar Bus was lots of fun.
