We choosed regal because we had an amazing service and experience on the royal princess transatlantic cruise last april. On this cruise all service was sloppy, none was looking on your face. This is my first time that i felt nobody.....we had also a very good experience with another princess cruise so i couldnt be wrong choosing the regal.

Food was below standard, the menu on the horizon was same we had on the royal but this chef defenily was inferior quality, the dessert was the same but inferior quality, the entrateinement was so boring and i am sure they were short on players because the same poland group playing everyday in the atrium classic songs. If really i want to say something good about the ship is the cleaness. Immaculate. But overall after 3 weeks i cae back from this cruise i have no memories that stays on my mind. Disappointed.

The private island was clean, the service on the island was perfect, food was good.

We been in cozumel 8 times already, so we knew how to move around. We walked to sunset beack 1 miles from cruise port and did a snuba excursion.
