Wow! What a fun cruise for the price. The perfect quick getaway to get you in the holiday spirit. My son just turned 6 months old so we wanted to start him young. He is the son of a son of a sailor. I had not been on Carnival since my early 20's when it was a booze cruise for party animals (not exactly family friendly) so originally, I was hesitant to book this cruise. My wife and I had done the same 4 night cruise on the Star Princess in 2015, with stops at Avalon and Ensenada, and wanted to again but the dates didn't work out. Going on the Inspiration was a great choice. The crew members are top notch and overly friendly . They went out of their way to help with my son which made my wife and I very grateful. The food options are plentiful and really good when you consider how many people they are cooking for. We ate in the "Anytime" dining hall 3 out of the 4 nights and the food was delicious with a nice variety of menu options. Very well kept pool area with what seemed like newer whirlpool hot tubs. Mother nature blessed us with great seas and beautiful weather throughout the trip and it was always fun to see people of all ages from all over the world having a great time by the pool.

My only complaint was the extremely rude staff member Rebecca on deck 7 at the elevators as we got off the boat at our home port in Long Beach. You know you are in trouble when you ask a staff member for their name and they respond with " Why, so you can complain to my bosses?" In our conversation you mentioned you didn't care if I lodged a complaint because you were getting off the boat soon anyway and that it wouldn't be the first time someone complained about you. Time to find another job because your attitude sucks and it sounds like a pattern here. However, aside from this unpleasant interaction with the one lousy Carnival employee I could find, the debarkation process was very easy. We got through customs in less than 5 minutes and the park structure is right outside the cruise terminal.

Very nice for a small space. Crib fit well. The balcony is very tiny but still has enough room for 2 people to sit and enjoy the views.. The room attendants were spectacular. Monalisa you rock!
