Won it from casino. The ship was the absolute worst we were ever on. The food was the same in all dining rooms. The service was slow and inattentive. They never offered to get drinks or see how you were doing in buffet areas. The freestyle dining was not nearly as good as on other cruise lines. The menu was very limited and the service was lacking. Our stateroom was never made up until at lease 2pm. We had the drink package and rarely saw a person to get drinks. Usually had to go to bar to get ourselves. They charged extra for everything. Gym amenities were non existent. This was our 11th cruise and first on Norwegian which we will never go on again. There was limited seating at all shows, you had to book ahead of time to even get in to see a show. Thee were not nearly enough crew to service the guests.
