We wanted to go again tot he Panama canal and visit ports we had not visited before (Belize, Honduras, Columbia). We did this over Thanksgiving and had a great time with the exception that we ran into hurricane Otto which cancelled our visit to Costa Rica. We booked this 9 m months in advance and booked a balcony so we could enjoy the sights, especially when transition the canal.

The cruise was great, employees so nice. The only two issues were the cabin was smaller than other cruise lines, as was the balcony. Only two small chairs and a micro table fit the balcony. But the windows and sliders gave us a great view and we could sleep with the door open which we enjoy. One night we had to close the door as the water splashed me while sleeping (10th floor!).

The entertainment was among the best of any cruise. We saw Russian cirque du soleil type performers who were awesome, and great music and one great and one horrible comedian.

Other than the cabin and balcony being small it was quiet and nice.

Port Reviews

Cartagena (Colombia)

We hopped on the tour tram for $20 at the port and saw the city.
