Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Embarkation was a nightmare. Ship was not ready and passengers had to wait outside for hours with no place to sit. Ship finally left port at 9PM. Passengers were rushed though dinner, unable to finish so that they could attend muster. The food was dreadful through out the cruise. Worse than cafeteria food. The entertainment in the centrum was awful. Where did they come up with these people? We are Diamond Plus members and have cruised over 30 times. I have never felt it was necessary to register a complaint. We sailed on the Vision last March (a sister ship) and other than a drop in quality of food, a beautifully run ship in every respect. The furniture in our cabin was chipped and scratched. The bed was so hard with thin and hard pillows. Very difficult to sleep. This ship was supposed to have been in dry dock. The carpeting looked new..that is about it. I should mention in spite of all my negative remarks, our cabin attendant was excellent, as were our servers at dinner.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Furniture and cabinets chipped and scratched. Looked liked they were found in a dump. Bed very hard...pillows thin and hard. Very difficult to sleep.
