we were with a group of 252 Disney fans. It was difficult to handle a group that large. Having sailed Disney a lot it was hard not to compare. Quality of food on Disney in standard dining rooms was far greater than RC. RC seems to be steering people to the pay restaurants and away from traditional dining. Quality of food in dining rooms was very average. Not bad but certainly not great. The bread was exceptional in all the areas of the ship. Whoever prepares the rolls etc does a great job. Soda machines were either our of soda (diet coke) or ice. We liked all the shows and were very professional. Very good job on that. We both enjoyed the casino. One problem was the redemption machines were broke or out of service often. The disembodiment from the ship was the worst. First were traveling with friends who had next door room and were given tags an hour apart. That was corrected with a supervisor outside the room who immediately corrected the night before.

He was good. The wait to leave was long and then we were not sure when called where to go so we just followed others. Not good. After luggage pickup the wait was in my mind

way to long. I am 73 years old as I am sure others were older and it should not take that long. My friend was able to take the quick handicap line because he had a cane. Because this was a 7 day cruise we had too much with us to try to carry through express option. Need a better way to handle this so people don't leave with a bad feeling.
