Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Deluxe Veranda 1B

Embarkation was a bad start; arrived about 11:30 and was put in a line for Select, Elite, and Elite Plus guests. Took over an hour to get on the ship. Worst Celebrity embarkation ever! Many stations were not manned and some of the staff seemed new or ill trained.

Sailed the Equinox this time last year and for the most part a similar experience although Celebrity seems to be starting to cut some corners.

We had a veranda cabin ( 9159) and was a good position and although the extended balcony next door had a partial view of ours it was not a problem. Plenty of storage and the bathrooms on Solstice class ships are among the best. our cabin was maintained and cleaned well. One minor problem with the safe was corrected promptly.
