Sail Date: Oct 2016
Cabin: Ocean View

Boarding was well organised and simple

There was lunch available whilst we waited for our cabin to be available

The cabin has a double bed – it was a decent size

Cabin Review

Ocean View

The cabin has a double bed – it was a decent size

Air con that you can alter in the cabin, beach and bath towels provided

Shower en suite, liquid shower gel and hair shampoo, no hair conditioner, a small bar of hand soap

There is not an automatic availability of a hair-drier, if your statesman has a spare one you can have one if he doesn't you can't!

The room safe is locked with a card with a magnetic strip

This doesn't have to be a credit card. Loyalty card would do

You need a lanyard holder to clip your sail and sign card onto this acts as your payment/ID card

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

A beautiful island

We hired a cab for the day to take us around the island

We visited brimstone fortress really interesting history

Great batik

Quite a lot of shops around the port area

A fun friendly island

There is a free trolley that takes you round the island you can get off and on to see the various attraction

Bus stop 2a is the government building you can walk around

Castillo San Cristobal

An interesting castle definitely worth looking around it costs 5$ for entry and this includes entry to the Castillo San Felipe

Historical information is included in English and Spanish

Cold stone creamery

Omg this is an amazing ice cream place

It is 5$ for a small ice cream the ice cream was huge

So many flavours and toppings they mix it for you

If you like ice cream this has got to be worth a visit

Barbados

Nice shopping area

You can buy duty free in Caves they will deliver it to the airport for you to pick up when you have dropped off your suitcases - they might deliver it back to the ship?

Nice restaurants

We met up in the waterfront cafe for a cold drink and chill when we had finished shopping
