This was a family and friends trip. We have traveled on some of the older ships. The reason for traveling on this ship was to compare it to the others. The rooms on the older ships seemed bigger. Even tho we had a balcony in Centeral Park it still seemed to be cramped. It took some getting use to opening the door to the hall instead of inside the room. The shopping on the ship for sales was horrible. You stood in line and hour before the store was to open just to get inside, people were pushing and shoving and being rude and taking things out of your hands if you didn't have a grip on it. There was plenty of things to do on the ship. The food was good. The only thing I didn't like was being seated in the back out of the way in the main dinning room. I don't know if it was because we were Black, hence that was all that was seated back there. The Head Waiter and team did a wonderful severing us. They were very prompt in severing our meals and getting anything that we needed. My hats of to Jean Jose and ones working with him. That was my main enjoyment of the trip the way they treated us.
