Our cruise from New Jersey to the Caribbean started off with a visit to New York City and then boarding the beautiful Anthem of the Seas. Absolutely stunning floating hotel with everything included except alcoholic beverages. The shows and all entertainment is as good as it gets. If you say there I see nothing to do, your a hard person to please. If your looking for great food, pleasant staff and exciting destinations, this is for you. I loved it.

Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines have some of the most entertaining ships at sea. This was our 51st cruise and we are not getting bored with cruising since every new ship that comes along offers something different. The Anthem of the Seas featured We Will Rock You and The Gift as their main shows, but the other entertainment was also top rate. You could do as much or as little as you like, it's your choice. So, if you live in the northeast and hate flying, drive to Bayonne, New Jersey and board the Anthem of the Seas. You won't be sorry.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Obstructed Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin DO

This cabin was one of the best that we have had to date. More closet space than what we needed. A large sofa that can be converted into another bed. A desk for a computer with USB ports already built in. The bathroom was quite large with a comfortable shower. I would have liked the bed to be a bit softer, but I guess you can't have everything just perfect.

Port Reviews

Bayonne (Cape Liberty)

Quick check in professionally done.

San Juan

Shopping and visiting the port is typical for visiting this island.

St. Maarten

Don't forget to visit the Candy man. No need for a bathing suit at the Orient Beach.

Antigua

Cute place with very friendly people.

Barbados

Helps if you know people who live there as we do. Restaurants can be very expensive if you don't know where to go.

Martinique

Colourful island where you make your own thing happen.
