We have cruised with another line mostly and decided to give Norwegian a try for the first time. We are in our early 40's with no children.

Embarkation was the craziest we have ever seen before. We parked at a shuttle lot and sat on the shuttle for 45 minutes due to a back log of traffic. Then we waited in the terminal in line for another 2 hours. This was the worst process I have seen and it really needs to be fixed.

Ship has nice decor and it is easy to maneuver around. Had a balcony cabin. Loved the sliding balcony door as there were no slamming noises like we were used to on other cruises. Our room steward was great. The design is a bit tight for two people to walk around in, but loved all the hidden storage. The separate shower and toilet areas worked well for us. Balcony is large and loungers instead of chairs would have been better.

Lots of storage. Tight space for two to maneuver. Balcony is huge. Separate toilet and shower came in handy. Cabin is quiet! We never heard our neighbors or hallway noises. Bed is near the balcony so that may have helped.
