We have cruised with another line mostly and decided to give Norwegian a try for the first time. We are in our early 40's with no children.

Embarkation was the craziest we have ever seen before. We parked at a shuttle lot and sat on the shuttle for 45 minutes due to a back log of traffic. Then we waited in the terminal in line for another 2 hours. This was the worst process I have seen and it really needs to be fixed.

Ship has nice decor and it is easy to maneuver around. Had a balcony cabin. Loved the sliding balcony door as there were no slamming noises like we were used to on other cruises. Our room steward was great. The design is a bit tight for two people to walk around in, but loved all the hidden storage. The separate shower and toilet areas worked well for us.
