This was our 2nd RCCI cruise. Last year we did the Brilliance Repositioning Cruise and had such a fantastic time that we decided to repeat our experience. The Radiance class ships are beautiful and for us, the perfect size.

We like the longer cruises and really love our days at sea. We live on Cape Cod, so we also love leaving from Boston. Driving to Boston on a Sunday is a quick trip and easy to get to the Black Falcon Pier. Our daughter drives us up and drops us off, easy for all. Bags are taken as soon as you drive up, so we don't have to handle our luggage at all...except for our carry-ons.

Boarding this year was slightly longer than last year, but overall reasonable. Immediately got checked in and got our Cards......but, then we sat waiting for about 40" till our number was called. Last year we had no wait, just walked right on.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D1

Loved how close our cabin was to the Centrum Totally central for our activities.

Plenty of storage, drawers, shelves and hanging closet room. Very adequate for our needs.

Bed was comfortable, extra pillows were provided as soon as we asked.

Shower was great...plenty of hot water and excellent water force.

Very nice balcony.
