We had many disappointments with this cruise. Our cabin was not on the port side when docking at our destinations as we were told that they would be. We found chewed bubble gum in the end of a straw of a drink that was served to us. After attempting to drink and couldn't get the drink through the straw, we discovered the problem... VERY DISGUSTING!! VERY noisy above our cabin due to constant construction. Air conditioner did not work well AT ALL!! Horrible service at dinner 2 out of the 3 nights that we went to the dining room. We left an item IN OUR CABIN, have yet to be notified that it was found. Our cruise date was 9/11/16-9/15/16, This bag was an expensive bag and had jewelry in it! This is a MAJOR dissapointment. I really had more confidence than this in carnival. however this is a major disappointment to me! After calling repeatedly to Carnival, it seems as though it is of no importance to the carnival staff department.
