We were a group of 8 adults. We were impressed with the layout of the ship it was beautiful and had so much more to offer than other ships. We were greeted by friendly crew members throughout the ship willing to help with any needs you should have. We were also impressed by the number of crew members dedicated to cleanliness whether it be the restrooms, handrails, doors, etc. This was the first time my husband had purchased a premium (liquor, beer, wine, etc) beverage package, we were warned by other cruisers on other cruise ships that they felt they were somewhat neglected if they had the drink package. He didn't find this to be true at all. Whether we were at the pool, at a show, or walking up to a bar, they provided him with good service. We had many crew members ask our names, where we were from as we then did them as well. We knew many on first name basis when we departed. The shows are always more than you'd expect on a cruise ship, shows you'd pay highly for in Vegas. The great thing about cruising is that you can do as much or as little as you want and have the opportunity to stop at ports you may never get to individually over years of vacationing. We have cruised with others as well who have been on several cruise lines, and they all agreed that Royal Caribbean is in a class of it's own for excellence.

Large Interior Stateroom

Cabin L

We decided to stay in an interior room to see how it compares. We are in our room very little, mostly to sleep and change. We actually liked how dark and quiet it was and slept very well. We stayed on Deck 6 near the Boardwalk, there was so much convenient to our room. Boardwalk, one floor down Royal Promenade Deck, two floors down, Main Dining, Casino, two floors up Central Park, we were able to use the stairs, but had plenty of elevators. Our room attendant was friendly and communicated with us when would be best for cleaning our room.
