Booked around midnight the day before departure. Didn't arrive early since we had late check in but lines were very long and very slow. Had to take inside room due to last night, never had one before but it was fine. Met room steward and never saw him again the entire trip but he kept our room clean and our cooler filled with ice which was our only request so no complaints. Although sold out ship did not seem real crowded...a plus. No stabiliizers on this ship so a good bit of pitch and roll. Casino servers (especially Adona) were awesome. Atrium bar staff awesome. Our waiters int he MDR awesome! Basically great service staff.

The food in the MDR - NOT awesome. Mediocre at best and several at our table sent dishes back; however, the staff were very accommodating and even when I did like the food, if I only at a bit, the servers were wanting to bring me something else. Guys Burgers were good but I've had better, maybe it was because they weren't fresh since we tended to eat later. Blue Iguana grill was really good, especially the homemade soft taco shells with the fish.

Buffet was TERRIBLE! On American day, I couldn't find one thing that tasted decent other than the salad bar. Excursion staff was very good. Motown Show and After-party was great. 70s Trivia (more of a sing along) was great with Mikey the CD who was so energetic and fun. Mardi-Gras party was a bit lame. Karaoke in the Cats Lounge was a lot of fun but they let a couple of people sing every other song it seemed even though others were signed up to sing. Finally after people said something they rotated singers more. They were a bit lax i making the kids leave at the designated time as well. I saw a couple of people fall and both times staff were quick to assist and very attentive. I've never brought my own hair dryer on a ship and was surprised to find out one wasn't provided. Fortunately I was able to get the last one our cabin steward had. While in port our toilet didn't want to flush without a great deal of hitting the flush button over and over. Our comforter in the cabin needed to be replaced. All the fill went to the middle and so it was like sleeping under a sheet. Plenty of closet storage but on sofa so no place to sit in the cabin other than on a stool or a side chair (like a dining room chair).
