I went with my husband, elderly mother and father (80) and brother. We had balcony rooms on R deck. This is the second cruise for my husband and I and we used Princess last time so had something to compare with. I cannot fault this cruise as all 5 of us enjoyed it and would love to cruise using P&O again.
Embankment was no problem, bags were taken from us as soon as we arrived and we were in our rooms in less than an hour.
The balcony rooms are lovely and clean and the views are fantastic. Balcony furniture is ideal. I noticed the balcony fronts were always kept clean so views were not compromised.

The monkeys on the chair lift are so clever and entertaining, as they jump on your back and unzip pack packs. Also shopping very good.
