My son is 12 and other than short family visits we have never vacationed. He has PKU and requires a strict diet. At a function for PKU I was told Disney was the way to go so I booked the cruise. I informed them of my son's diet which they were familiar with. I called 5 times and was assured each time everything was taken care of. Long story short they did not have his food and every visit to the restaurant was an embarrassing scene. Finally I said I would eat elsewhere for the remainder of the cruise. They even brought him desserts that I had them he couldn't have. Chocolate and ice cream. I have never been so upset in my life and it ruined my whole experience. After the Key West port they called and said they had Mac and cheese on his diet (hard to do unless a plane landed on the boat because it is special order). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered it. It was crusted over and a big blob. We did the last night in Anamators (awesome show) and they again brought ice cream. The entertainment was good, boat clean etc. The photos are all staged with no candid shots and no excursions are photographed. Dolphin Cayman has photos but they are an added expense you pay there. Wish I could have enjoyed the cruise. Thankfully he enjoyed children's activities.
Cabin was nice but the preview online shows drop down bunk. My cabin host Danny was awesome.
