Sail Date: Nov 2016
Cabin: Grand Suite

We went on this cruise with 23 family members staying in several different suites. Four of the family members, including myself were bitten by bed bugs in four different suites. We did not realize what this was until we returned home. When I notified Royal Caribbean of this situation I was thanked and told that because we didn't report the problem while in the ship they couldn't offer any compensation for the problem. Just hope they fix it for future guests. Pretty poor response for a big company.

We found the food in the main dining room and the casual dining area to be very below par. Thanksgiving dinner was awful. The meal and service we had in Chops was great, but the food and service in the Italian Specialty restaurant was bad.

The ice show was very good.

Lay out and furniture was okay.

Hard to ignore the bed bug problem

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

The Global Entry program does not have finger print machine so be sure to take your card with you if you want to shorten the tedious process of getting off the ship.
