Very disorganized for embarkation, all new staff. We prepaid for soda package for kids and when we arrived was told not on reservation, presented receipt but that didn't matter had to pay again. Staff was rude and arrogant, elevators out of service the whole trip making getting around more difficult and time consuming. Food at buffet was good but barely luke warm. The boat ran out of chocolate milk by Wednesday, whole milk by Thursday. They also ran out of plain olives by Friday so my wife was unable to get a dirty martini at the pool bar. The bar tender at the pool bar said they not only were out of olives, but Crown Royal, Honey Jack Daniels ( but they had a drink special that day that called for Honey Jack). This trip was supposed to be a relaxing trip after i had heart surgery, for my family. I wanted to spend time with wife and kids, not knowing how many more trips i will be able to take due to my heart condition. I hope to have many more vacations but we don't know. We spent more time on Saturday and Sunday in Guest relations and arguing about reservation then enjoying the trip. By Tuesday we finally started to relax but the stress and aggravation of the first few days weighed on us and could not really enjoy like we wanted. Also for a ship that was just redone in 2015, still needed changes the wash basin should not have been in the living area, it should have been separated with the toilet and shower.
