Bath was exceptional for a cruiseship stateroom in cabin 9058 (balcony stateroom concierge level). Dining was ok. Favorite specialty restaurant was actually Red Ginger (sea bass was great - and NOT the same cut and preparation you will find elsewhere on the ship. I'd shy away from anything lobster in any of the restaurants... usuallly disappointing. Entertainment... not the line's strong suit. Service was generally quite good. The cruise preceding ours had a gastro virus issue and I thought Oceania did an excellent job with cleaning and precautions. Probably could have addressed an Ebola outbreak with the thoroughness and not much inconvenience to passengers at all, IMO. The Magical Mediteranian ports were all great, though the captain elected to skip the first port of Tuscany (Livorno) due to inclement weather and I'm sure that was a big disappointment for some. Internet connection was awful. Would repeat if internet connectivity and wifi were improved but very frustrating if you expect a reasonable connection to research ports and stay in touch with loved ones.

Cabin A4

Great bathrooms. Comfy bedding. Bath salts replenished daily. Internet connection was terrible.

Port Reviews

Rome (Civitavecchia)

Kinda far from Rome. Not much to see in Civitavecchia. Better plan an excursion.

Monaco (Monte Carlo)

Beautiful city, easy to see yourself on HOHO bus. Would skip the little casino.

Toulon

Short ride to Barcellona.

Barcelona

Great city. Basilica Sagrida Familia was amazing.

Valencia

Didn't wee much of Valencia, took it easy.

Cartagena (Spain)

Loved this gem of a city.
