Drink package didnt work accordingly, internet had issues constantly causing issues with online coursework for college courses, issues with a McKenzie in Boleros. Outstanding service provided by Room Attendent Rafael and Tony who provided towel animal sculptures every night for my kids to enjoy. Pebri, Denise and Letecia in Starlight Dining were Amazing and always friendly and never got an order wrong and were patient with the kids. Yana was awesome in the Windjammer Cafe with above satisfactory standards being met every day we attended a meal there and always had a smile on her face. Adrienne and his partner at the rock wall went above and beyond and always made safety their first concern which while at first was inconvenient was definitely necessary. The pool became a wave pool due to the ship rocking due to the hurricane nearby, and our Jamaica stop was detoured to a different port causing issues with excursions, but we still ended up having fun. Ship is clean, and there is plenty to do when you are on your out to see days. Overall I give the trip a score of 7 out of 10 if I had to rate it. I traveled with my children who are 7 and 9 and they were bored of the pool after day 3 and by day 5 were tired of the ships on-board children facility. We attempted the game room, but many of the games didn't work as they should have. Casino was a blast after the kids went to bed. After boarding the ship, we spend approximately $2500 - $3000 between drink packages, internet packages, on ship purchases, shore excursions, and tips. Bring cash for the shore excursions if you plan to shop, but have money on a card for on the ship as they only accept cash for tips.

Cabin Review

Cabin stateroom

Comfortable beds, clean, and the attendant was great!

Port Reviews

Miami

Lines were absolutely horrible to get on-board, staff was friendly but not knowledgeable on the check-in process for the computer.

Nassau

If shopping, haggle! Prices are marked up on all products. If you do not wish to haggle, travel a few miles into Nassau and find some amazing deals!
