We have cruised before but though we would try a larger Ship.....choose NCL mistake.. We got the  feeling that there may have been a health problem, as we had our hands sprayed everytime we got on & off the ship also going into all the resturants also sprays were in all lifts, & staff alll wore disposable gloves.this lasted the whole of the cruise also salt & pepper were only put on the table 3 days before we left the shipMust admit we had a rude awakening when going into the Garden Cafe the first time.. free for all.. this was a Buffet but you were unable to help yourself the staff served you everything, my husband went to pick up his plate & cutlery  got told off. this situation meant that you had to wait if  you wanted a drink wait food wait drink wait, to try & find a place to sit & eat, trays were not provided  so liquid being spilt, an accident waiting to happen....so by the time you got to eat your food it was cold..Think the biggest complaint we had about this cruise was the FOOD  certainly not up to the standard of other cruise lines we have been on.We paid extra to go to Mamma Mia Italian Food, we thought that as this was a quiet small that the food would be cooked fresh NO pre-cooked my husband sent the main course much to the surpise of the staff & again not Hot.Also other resturants had cover charge ranging from 10$ to 25$ per personIf you like a lay-in in the morning Breakfast can be a challange as Tsar's Palace closes at 9-30am so it the Garden Cafe again .We used to eat in the Azure in the evening if no tables , you were given a monitor that would flash when a table became available , seem to work quiet well .All drinks had a 15% addded.. even if you just wanted a bottle of water, anything you brought was plus 15% changing money at reception 15%...$$$is everything Must say our Stateroom was fine with a balcony ,The bed was comfy and there was always plenty of hot water.. But I would say take your own Tea-bags, they supply  Liptons .Well we have tried a larger ship & out verdict...no more NCl
