Booked a concierge room due to the package being offered. Was thinking the room would be bigger. That was the only disappointment on this cruise. The Concierge-Dana was phenomenal. After a rough start our waiter became comfortable and was very good. The asst waiter- Lesa remembered our drink preferences and was always personable. The cruise director-Alejandro was ok. Have had better directors on our past cruises; however, the activities manager-Justin was great. He stepped in at times and was a wonderful facilitator. Our room steward-Dimas left us towel animals even though the company had done away with this gesture. He did a great job.

The guest entertainers were all wonderful. The ventriloquist, whom we had seen on another ship did a great job. The singers, Jorden Bennett and Jayne Curry were phenomenal. They made up for mediocre production shows. Even though the performers were of high quality, the plots of each show were near impossible to determine. The bar staff throughout the ship were responsive and friendly as were all the staff. The activity staff, Ronnie and Ashley did a great job.

Watching the glass blowing shows and participating in the activities were highlights for me. Read more
