First, let me start this review by saying, DO NOT BELIVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! This ship is truly awesome! Embarkation: was a breeze. When we arrived, I got a little nervous as we saw a line of people waiting to check in, but there were agents at every desk so, realistically, we were checked in, in less than 15 mins. The only negative, I was a little skeptical leaving my luggage with the person at the pier as their shirts only say "Continental Shipping" and not "Carnival". But nevertheless, after seeing the luggage pushed through security, I was fine, now moving on. So, one great thing about the Carnival Pier, they have a duty free store just before going through security so, as long as you purchase and conceal your purchase, you can put it on the belt and walk right onto the ship with your alcohol. Now that was awesome and saved me tons of money on board. The Ship: is in great condition. The main areas, the staterooms (Deck 6-Mid Ship balcony cabin), the decks, everything was well maintained and in great condition. At every time of the day someone was cleaning, scrubbing and making sure she looked great...and she did. The entertainment: was mostly in Spanish (as to be expected when leaving from Puerto Rico) but offered enough variety that everyone would have a great time and enjoy. The ports of call: Let me just say! AWESOME! AWESOME and exhausting as I needed and wanted to see every island and every beach in detail and I did just that! Disembarkation: A breeze. I read rumors that people were stuck on for hours and couldn't catch their flights, that was probably because they did not notify the desk that that had an early flight. We were initially given number 22 to disembark. However, I went down to the information desk and told them I had an early flight and was given number 3. It was a breeze getting off the ship to my waiting cab and off to the airport all in under 45 mins. Overall: This ship is Victorious and definitely worth experiencing. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will be glad to respond! HAVE FUN!

Cabin Review

Cabin 6E

Great size, plenty of space and well maintained.  We were not far from the elevators and it was perfect.  We didn't hear many people or the elevators.
