The ship and onboard service was very good. The food was mediocre,an often heard comment.I personally believe the food was better at the Windjammer than at the formal dinners. Our balcony cabin was nice. There was plenty of storage space, the bed was comfortable and the views from the balcony were excellent. Now my MAJOR problem .At each port we were given a list of ship recommended stores at which to shop.Wanting a chance to buy a few Cuban cigars,I went to their recommended store.i bought two cigars. On St.Kitts,i found another smoke shop that wasn't on their list. This shop was selling the same exact product-not a knockoff-for 70% less.I was ripped off.I realize that this was my own fault.BUT,I was later informed that Royal Caribbean and its employee get a kickback from the recommended stores. For this reason,my next cruise will be on a different cruiseline..Again,beautiful ship, nice room and good entertainment. It's too bad my experience was soured
