embarkation went smooth because we are crown member but inside is chaos lines everywhere and if had been in their other ships like the allure or the oasis you will notice the difference, you constantly are bumping into people the whole entire time and forget about the elevators they are always crowded so be prepare to use the stairs all the time and this is the whole 7 days, the ship is beautiful in every way but the service needs improvement, windjammer seems smaller than the allure and oasis and menu was not its best almost the same everyday for lunch and they always run out of stuff, once silverware and another time coke so it took 25 minutes for them to get me a soda, i could have just go without it but the lady took my see pass so i had to wait, and forget to find a table and they won't help you to find one.

our cabins were really nice and new inside but try not to get cabin 14325 and 14323 the first one has a completely obstructive view and they failed to inform us about it and for some reason they leave the music on all night in the FlowRider that is just one deck above, and the constant stomping, the person in charge of our state cabins, they were connected, didn't clean it very well and found bugs on the carpet and pencils from the guest before us, our sheets were improperly tucked in so every night they came undone.

i bought a drink package and it took me 3 visits to the guest services for them to figure it out why they were charging me, and remember the lines are always long so be prepare for a long wait. If you go the park cafe they don't have soda drinks so if you want a soda you have to go to the bar outside the cafe a difference between the allure and the oasis, and the cafe in deck 5 is always busy and have long lines prepare for a long wait
