The Solstice is a fine ship. We found the food and all of the staff to be top class.

Food - As much as you want with plenty of variety. We had about half of our dinners in the main dining room and couldn't fault it. One night in the Tuscan Grill which was just the best. Well worth the premium. (We took up a 30% off offer on board). Other dinners were at the Ocean Fish cafe and we loved it.

Service - Both the wait staff and the cabin stewards were all perfect. Any other crew we met were all of the same high standard. Celebrity can be proud of the standard of service.

Cabin 09

Great cabin. We barely heard any of our neighbors at all.

Port Reviews

Akaroa

Took a shuttle bus to Christchurch. Interesting quake damage.

Sydney (Australia)

It's Sydney! Always great.

Tauranga

Mt Manganui where the ship stops is far better than Tauranga so don't waste your time going there.
