My family and I along with several friends sailed the Epic last week. We went out of Port Canaveral. This was the second cruise from this port.

Embarkation: We read the reviews from the previous week and discovered that it was a bit of a mess the previous week. We arrived at 10AM and did not have any trouble parking. We made it through check in fairly easy and boarded the ship around 12pm. We failed to check our bags curbside. Totally our fault and this caused some confusion for the NCL Agent. We were able to have our bags checked upstairs, however the agent was rather unpleasant. This was pretty much the theme throughout the cruise.

Cabin: We were on the 12th floor. Our cabin was clean and neat and cleaned twice daily. The bathroom layout did not bother us. We started with one cabin steward and then she disappeared and from there we did not have the same person over the course of the week. It was a bit strange.
