This was our 32nd cruise and was one of the bottom 5! I don't have a lot of expectations but I do expect a decent level of customer service and this sailing failed miserably! The food was fine, no problems there and the drinks were decent when you could get one. There was a serious lack of bartenders on this ship...seems like we were always waiting. Also not a lot of servers.

One thing we always enjoy are the comedy shows and this was a serious disappointment...they have gone to 1 comedian and he was not even funny!

Our room steward was OK, dining room staff was OK but not very knowledgeable. I will say that we went to Giovanni's, Samba Grill and 150 Park and the food and service in all 3 were great, service was best in the ship! Read more
