we wanted to experience the Allure, the pictures and descriptions made us want to be there. we were not disappointed. The Main show, MAMA MIA was pheonominal the singing, performance lighting, storyline all kept you totally engrossed. it was very broadway professional. The guest performer show, Greg London was great too, very entertaining, brought you in and didnt dissapoint. But the other shows had great singing but were just not wonderful. Left you wanting something more like what was that?
The ships variety of bars, musicians, singers, and such were very good, a good variety all around the ship. You could always find something to tweek your interest. The parade along the promonade was very fun, loud in a good way, exciting, colorful, lots of sory line performers like the troop from Madagaskar, and from Shrek, all so much fun,
Central Park was very cool, a place to get away from the noise and hussle bussle of the crowds, benches to sit nestled in trees and bushes of Central Park with stores and resaurants mixed into it with addresses for NYC, done very cute. The night time movies at the outdoor theater on the back of the ship were nice quiet time with good movies right for all ages.
unexpectedly roomy and lots of places for you stuff, roomy bathroom with higher than normal ceiling height, I'm 6'4" so it made a nice difference to be able to look in the mirror without bending over. Good water pressure in the shower, snug but ample for a large guy. chose an inside cabin cause we are out and about the ship all the time, only rarely go to the room, only to sleep late at night and an occasional nap in the day.
