This was my first trip with Azamara and I went with high expectations which were met in part. I did receive some misleading information prior to embarkation which meant I missed the first muster and as a consequence of attending a later muster missed the initial dinner for solo travellers. Was pleased with my aft cabin which was in good condition after the refurbishment but unfortunately got soot on the balcony on several occasions when the ship put on extra power. That was dealt with but the cushions were not replaced so remained a bit shabby. There was a full programme of daily activities and I took the opportunity to try Bridge which was a bonus.
I Iiked the smoothie bar at breakfast and there was a good supply of fresh fruit.
Felt the salads at lunchtime on the buffet were only average but the ice cream was excellent.
Modern decoration and in good condition with lovely bed linen. Small shower room and the soot problem is a nuisance.
