This was the second time i have been on a cruise with MSC, the first occasion was on Preziosa in September 2015. I can honestly say i was once again disappointed with the quality of the food. The food was never hot or even warm, the food was certainly not at the correct temperature of 75 degrees which is the temperature in line with health and safety. I would love to be a health and safety officer onboard. The menu choice was plentiful in the Al la Carte and also in the buffet restaurant, although once again the food was never hot or warm but on borderline simply cold. This is a real shame as a big part of the enjoyment on holiday is the dinning.

The waiters in the Villa Verde restaurant and Bora Bora Buffet were nothing but rude, un happy and looked that they didn't want to be at work and this was the case on everyday whilst we were away. The waiters in the La Reggia restaurant were more helpful and happy and it was delightful to dine with them shame we couldn't of dined there every evening.

The drinks package was excellent and I can honestly say this was much better than costa, the range of branded drinks included in the package was superb and highly recommended to buy a package as drinks are otherwise really expensive. The entertainment was also good, thoroughly enjoyed the shows, the only down side was the music in the other bars, as long as you liked the same songs played over and over again and the music being very euro pop/trash then you will love it. Tribute rockstar night started well with the first two songs being Queen and Michael Jackson then it finished and then italian/spanish music continued for the rest of the evening.

Cabin B1

Clean tidy, good size, excellent bathroom, enough wardrobe space. Need larger TV screens

Port Reviews

Malaga

30 minute walk from terminal to city centre, with great beach and variety of local restaurants easy to find.

Lisbon

Very easy access to main streets from leaving the terminal building.

Barcelona

Shuttle bus outside terminal costing 4 euro return takes you to Christopher Columbus Statue, every 10 minutes.

Marseille

The boat docs the furthest away making you think you need to pay for MSC shuttle bus, you don't, walk out of the terminal building follow the green path and you will come to a free shuttle bus which takes you by the centre, 15 minutes on the bus.

Genoa

Chaotic unclear where to go and aged, Not particularly welcoming, and if you fly to nice it is two hours and thirty minutes coach journey, which i was informed by IGLU it was only one hour.
