After booking this cruise I was a little nervous after reading past reviews in august thru oct. A few were complaining that the ship needed a makeover stupid things like rust on the balcony and oak in the interior! The whole ship interior was beautiful and the only part of the ship that was tired looking was the outside of it. For the price people should not expect luxurious accommodations . AAs noted on all the reviews embarkation was very quick but don't expect to get into room before 130 they close off the floors until all the rooms are finished. Our cabin steward was wonderful works tirelessly on 17 cabins a day and always followed up with us each day to see if we needed anything . Always smiling!

Now for the food first day we ordered room service we had on our balcony it was excellent. Windjammer food for breakfast the same never went at peak times we knew the chaos .Lunch we had once food was excellent. The park café a lot of choices salads , paninis, soups, and carving station . Main dining room a couple of hit and misses. One entrée to avoid would be the steak it was bad ! Maybe because of the up sell for Chops Steakhouse. Other than that we were satisfied the servers were excellent and so warm and friendly . We were on My time dining and had the same table for two every night so if that is what you want tell the host at the door the first night and he will make note of it.

Entertainment was great! Elvis the cruise director was hysterical. First night a comedian that at the end of show did a juggling act that was amazing. Another night an Elton John tribute that a certain age group would appreciate which was ours.
